Soil Composition: mixed, clayey/calcareous structure
Farming Management: low environmental impact (sod seeding; no tillage)
Grapes: 100% Trebbiano Abruzzese

Training System: modified pergola abruzzese
Crop Yield: 70 q/ha
Harvest Time: second decade of September, with manual selection of grapes
Fermentation: stainless steel, at a controlled temperature, with yeasts from the farmland
Aging: in bottle for 2 months
Certifications: “SQNPI”, National Quality System of Integrated Production, a quality certification from the Italian Agriculture Ministery and recognized on a European level (Eu Reg. 1974/2006)
